Exchanges:

You may exchange goods purchased in our online store within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Goods may be exchanged provided that they:

– are in their original, undamaged condition,
– show no signs of use, including odours, and have not been cleaned or washed in any way,
– have the original manufacturer labels, stickers and certificates.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

To exchange an item:

1. Open the return or exchange form.
2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the order.
3. Select the product and the size you would like to receive.
4. Download and print the generated form.
5. Include the printed form, receipt and original packaging in the parcel.
6. Send the parcel to:
